New bailiff officer

The committee is happy to announce that Mark Castle has agreed to become the new CAPS Bailiffs officer. Mark has been on the committee for the last two years and has been the head bailiff at Houchins for the last 4 years. We know that all the existing bailiffs will give him their support while he settles into his new roll.
